Gwilym Prys Prys-Davies, Baron Prys-Davies

Gwilym Prys Prys-Davies, Baron Prys-Davies,(b. 8 December 1923) is a Welsh politician and Labour peer in the House of Lords of the UK. He was raised to the peerage on 9 February 1983 as Baron Prys-Davies, of Llanegryn in the County of Gwynedd, and has long been a strong advocate of devolution for his native Wales.
